For those clients requiring an annual servicing scheme we have a very comprehensive plan in which details are given below. However, should the scheme not cater to your needs we are open to negotiation whereby a tailor made plan can be designed to address your particular needs.

  • MONTHLY inspection of the property, inside and out
  • Allow property to have a good airing
  • Check pool and garden area (if applicable)
  • Dust all surfaces
  • Inspect all the windows, doors and alarms (if present)
  • Flush all toilets, run all taps and showers
  • Check all lighting and electrical equipment are in full working order
  • Check property for any signs of damp and mould
  • Emergency call out and repairs (the cost of the actual repair is additional)
  • Advise about any repairs that may be necessary to ensure your property remains at a high standard
  • Arrange the payment of bills, local taxes and services, if required
  • Check and remove any mail (forwarding or e-mailing copies if required)
  • Monthly reports and photos of the property sent to your e-mail address


For those clients who wish to gain rental income whilst keeping the property in best condition we offer a rental pack where we managing, marketing and renting the property on behalf of the owner.

Your property with attractive quality photos will be listed on reliable marketplaces together with an online real-time booking calendar, which will enable potential renters to view when your property is available and how much it costs for that particular time period they require. Every time we take a new booking for your property we will notify you via email with details on the booking and the amounts you will gain. 

Rental prices are fixed according to the size of your apartment or villa, location and facilities available. We can help to advise you of what price to charge for renting your property to gain maximum bookings. However, the final decision is down to you.

A fee of 20% of the gross rental income will be charged for administrative costs and organising for short term lets. We charge the renter a final cleaning fee and a security deposit at the time we take a booking. The security deposit will be refunded to the renter once the property has been inspected by us upon departure for any damages, subject to damage deductions, if any. 

We will look after your property as our own home and make sure that your property always stays in the best condition. We apply some home rules for all renters to avoid the risk of damage, such as no young parties, no smoking inside and no pets.
