Idealmente ubicado en la popular ciudad de La Cala de Mijas. A 5 - 15 minutos a pie tiene todos los servicios necesarios y las mejores playas de la zona (playa El Bombo), supermercado LIDL, muchos bares y restaurantes, el centro de La Cala de Mijas y un hermoso paseo marítimo a lo largo de la orilla del mar.
PLANTA BAJA: un dormitorio con baño en suite, cocina con acceso al jardín, amplio salón y aseo de invitados. Desde el salón se accede a la terraza cubierta con mesa de comedor, cómodos sofás y espléndidas vistas al mar.
PLANTA ALTA: dormitorio principal con baño en suite, otro dormitorio y cuarto de baño adyacente totalmente renovado. Ambos dormitorios tienen acceso a la soleada terraza superior con vistas panorámicas al mar. La villa ofrece mucha privacidad.
Debido a la situación más cercana a la autopista A7, el ruido de la carretera se puede escuchar en las áreas abiertas de la casa.

The villa is perfect! We had two fantastic weeks. The villa is spacious (with three bedrooms and bathrooms everyone has it's privacy). The villa is also very clean.

The villa was very spacious and we all enjoyed having the pool, there was every pool toys/equipment which went down well with our family. The villa was like a home from home every appliance you would need. There was also a starter pack on arrival. We all had an amazing holiday including our 9 month old granddaughter. We will definitely be back and have also recommended to friends already. |

Great villa and a super location. Very easy to walk to all amenities and supermarkets. Spacious rooms and all bedrooms have aircon. Very clean and well presented. Plenty of kitchen implements, cutlery and crockery.
