Casa BonitaMar is the ideal holiday home to spend your vacation close to La Cala´s beach, town centre and golf courses! Recently reformed apartment with bespoke detailing throughout located in peaceful residential complex with panoramic views, yet only few minutes away from all amenities.
The Apartment is distributed over 2 storeys as follows:
At the entrance you will find a small terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast with the morning sun and beautiful inviting sea views; once entering the property you have a cozy living/dining area with a comfy sofa bed, Samsung 55” Smart TV, an open plan kitchen that equipped with brand new Bosch appliances and plenty of kitchen tools & accessories you may need, and a guest toilet.
The top floor hosts an elegant master bedroom with its own modern bathroom, and more importantly an over length bed (2.10m long) for extra comfort.
The 2nd bedroom has two single beds that can be put together on request to make a 1,80m x 2,00m bed, and adjacent shower room with modern shower and lots of storage capacity.
The big terrace can be accessed from both bedrooms offering seating areas such as an L-shaped sofa and 2 sun loungers from where you can enjoy the breath-taking sea views. The terrace facing North-East with morning sun in the summer period and no sun at all during the winter months. On this terrace there is a storage space with sliding doors where the washing machine with incorporated dryer is located, as well as the iron board and the clothes rack.
Casa BonitaMar provides fast Wifi up to 100mb. Guests can enjoy TV Channels in almost every language from all over the world including Spanish, English, German, Swedish, French, South American channels.
Additional extras and features that have been added through the reform are the electric blinds, new plugs to provide you with USB charging possibilities throughout the property and LED spotlights such as in the living area that can be dimmed to create a more relaxing ambience. As well a brand new Air conditioning system has been installed that can be used for heating or cooling in the hot summer months and can be regulated independently in each room. The towel heater in the main bathroom that is programmed to your ease during winter time to maintain the bathroom warm and cosy.
Guests can use community swimming pool during the summer months (from June to September) and also the paddle courts. Casa BonitaMar is located up the hill in gated urbanization Las Terrazas de Mijas with 24h security guard and you have a private parking space available just in front of your apartment.
The car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area.
