Fiber optic internet and a SONOS system, as well as chromecast device to use Amazon Prime or Netflix accounts on TV. For house security there is alarm system as well as shutters in all the windows.
Large private garden with most comfortable outdoor sofa, big parasol for some shade, four sun beds, arm chairs, dining table for 6 persons and BBQ to have tasty barbecued meals with the family. Ideal holiday home where you can enjoy sea views and hear wave sounds thanks to its privileged location!

Our only comment is to let people know to bring water shoes for the ocean. And the underground parking garage is pretty tight so perhaps do not rent a van
