Master bedroom has king size new quality bed and the second bedroom has two singles beds (great quality). Both bedrooms sharing shower room, which has been fully renovated in January 2019. Brand new modern kitchen with dishwasher and all necessary appliances. The living room is nicely furnished, has a comfortable sofa and offers views to the garden and Mediterranean sea. The apartment is fully air conditioned (hot-cold), has plasma TV with Satellite (many UK channels) and high speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic).

Bright and comfortable apartment with fantastic sea views from the terrace ideally located within walking distance to all amenities in La Cala de Mijas: bars, restaurants, supermarket, La Cala town centre, bus stop and best sandy beaches in the area with beautiful boardwalk along the seashore. Freshly painted and reformed apartment located on the top first floor with private entrance. You have to take 2 flights of steps. The apartment consists of large high ceiling living room with dining table and access to sunny terrace with fantastic views to the sea and the pool area. Please note that the terrace facing A7, so road noise is obvious. Small kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee machine and microwave. AC in every room, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Netflix. Two lovely bedrooms with new comfortable beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms facing quiet side of the complex (no noise heard from A7). The complex Pueblo Andaluz surrounded by beautiful gardens and is very quiet. There are 2 swimming pools by the apartment: large pool for adults and another pool for children. Within comfortable 5 to 15 minutes walk you have all the amenities: many restaurants, bars, supermarket, public transportation (bus Fuengirola-Marbella) and sandy beaches with beautiful boardwalk 6kms long. 15 minutes walk to the centre of La Cala town. This apartment is perfectly located, no car is needed to fully enjoy the area.

This freshly painted holiday home consists of two bright bedrooms and one full bathroom. Living room with comfortable sitting area and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen to cook your meals (no dishwasher). AC central system (cold/heating), ceiling fans, fast Wi-Fi and smart TV to watch your favourite movies on Netflix. Secured tranquil complex Club Calahonda offers two outdoor swimming pool areas with sun loungers and kids play ground. This apartment located in lovely urbanization Sitio de Calahonda, between two popular cities: Marbella and Fuengirola (15 kms to either way). This place is a great choice for the summer or winter holidays, quiet urbanization yet located just few minutes walk to all facilities you may need during your holiday: big supermarket Mercadona, british supermarket, few bars and restaurants, farmacy, banks. Sandy beaches with beautiful promenade of 6 kms long is great for morning or evening walks just 10 minutes walk. The promenade connects three urbanizations: Calahonda-Riviera del Sol - La Cala. To explore nearest cities (Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella, Cabopino, Elviria) you can take a local bus near by (5 mins walk). Free parking spaces just outside of the complex.
