Smart TV (to watch Netflix/Youtube) and AC unit (heat/cold). Fast Wi-Fi, automatic shutters and awning at the terrace.
The apartment located on the 3rd floor with lift. Secured outdoor parking just outside of the apartment's block.
PLEASE NOTE: The apartment is best suitable for a couple or young family with 1-2 kids (under 10years old), as sofa-bed is only 1.25m wide and is NOT suitable for 2 adults.

Communication was not the best, but ok. Very unhappy with the currency conversion charge being twice via a bank at almost 6% of the rental fee. No bacteria spray to clean the kitchen surfaces, only washing up liquid provided. Only 3 toilet rolls for see more

No bacteria spray to clean the kitchen surfaces, only washing up liquid provided. Only 3 toilet rolls for 10 days so we had to buy more, they come in packs of 9 and only used 3 more so the apartment gained 6 rolls! No spare bedding, so had the same sheets and pillow cases for 10 days.
