Description
The house is sunny and comfortable and consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces that allows you to catch the sun all day long.
LAYOUT:
GROUND FLOOR: consist of living room with access to the main terrace facing south-west, open plan kitchen, small bedroom with double bed 1.35x1.80 and a shower room. From the kitchen side you have access to another small terrace for morning sun.
UPSTAIRS: main bedroom with king size bed 1.50x1.90, shower room and access to sunny terrace where you can sunbathe all day long.
Other features include air conditioning in all three rooms, fast WiFi. Parking on the street, just outside of the house.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons
The house located in eastern part of Marbella, near Cabopino port. Nearest beach 3 minutes by car. Marbella - 10 minutes drive.

if there is one thing that needs to be improved I would say replace the charcoal bbq for a gas bbq, which is more comfortable. Its all perfect for a pleasant holiday with family.

Fantastic house with a touch of luxury is perfect base for 2-4 persons to enjoy plenty of sunshine and great resort facilities on site! Two outdoor pools, fitness centre, bar, restaurant, indoor pool with jacuzzi, kids playground and summer entertainment. Within walking distance supermarket, bus stop, few restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay! Sandy beach is 20 mins walk. Marbella centre just 12 kms away. Perfect for a couple, group of friends or young family. This is 2 storey townhouse with three sunny terraces. As you enter the house you have a large terrace with comfortable sofas and umbrella, spacious lounge with sofa-bed and fitted wardrobe, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet with washing machine. The open plan kitchen has big fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven - all you need to prepare your meals. There is also access to another sunny terrace at a backyard. On the top floor you have beautiful and sunny bedroom with high ceiling, TV, fitted wardrobes and a great sunny terrace with loungers where you can sunbathe all day long!
